    Departures are 8 hours maximum and the boat must be in port before 9 pm

    If the weather conditions are adverse, with winds from the East of more than 20 knots or rain, the tenant will have the right to change the day of rental without any cost or in case of not being able to change to another day, he will be able to cancel the charter without any cost.
